The room seemed clean and tidy...comfortable but no frills. Hotel had strange smell at time of check-in that included the room. Maybe jet fuel from local airport? Better the morning of checkout.Would be nice if the room had a clock. Had good bathroom setup with large shower. Room even had a full chest of drawers!

I typically come to this location just about 2x a year. My last few encounters hasn't been that great. Rooms not fully cleaned, weed smell throughout the inside areas, feeling uneasy by some questions asked from other visitors or residents.This is why I haven't left my past two reviews. For me, This location is starting to fall in line with their neighbored motels. It's sad to see, because I've been a customer of this building before the change of name and I really would hate to put them on the don't come back list, due to the convenience of this location. The greatest highlight of my visit was the excellent service provided by the front desk attendant Chevy. He was there for my check in and out. Chevy, I appreciate you for being warm, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you! Chevy, is the only reason for another attempt before calling it quits.

I found a roach on my bed when I lift the blanket. As well as I found two roaches in the bathroom. I was very disgusted. I stood here due to being mandated at work for the weather. And have stayed here before & had never encountered such a thing. I wanted to speak to a manager in the morning but couldn’t find the time to due to having to return to work so quick.

I checked in & went to the room first before bringing my luggage. Glad I did. Unfortunately this hotel is in pretty bad state. Writing on the walls, my rooms window was stuck open (& there was a snow storm coming) there was mildew all around the window frame, there was literally dirty areas on the wall that wasn't luggage bumping or other wear and tear. As I was standing waiting to cancel my stay I look up & see a large portion of plaster missing, peeling & part of the hotel frame was visible with rust. After seeing all that I wouldn't have touched the breakfast if I had stayed. I can't imagine the kitchen space. The ONLY positive things in this hotel was the young man running the desk. He was friendly, kind & professional. I felt bad telling him that a room change wasn't acceptable & I wanted to leave. I have NEVER done this before but I didn't feel safe in this place. It wasn't worth the price & I hope the management is able to address some of the issues for the sake of it's future. I'm still waiting for my full refund!

Hotel is past tired. It is completely neglected. No heat in hallways and breakfast area. Room was ice cold when we entred. Took many hours to bring the room up to a normal temperature. Broken and worn furniture. Bed was comfortable and i didn't see bugs.

The hotel is past tired. Room was ice cold when we wwnt to our room. Took over six hours to heat up the room. The halls and dining area isn't heated. Absolutely no heat. The cleaning staff had their coats on while working. The bed was comfortable.
