BEWARE. There are many hidden cost to this hotel. They say they are pet friendly,but when I checked in I was told there was a $150.00 charge, non refundable for a dog (we had two!). So my hundred dollar room became a 400 dollar room….then there was a $150 dollar fee that was refundable after the room was checked out…we stayed last Tuesday night and the refund has not been placed back in our account yet. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A CANDLEWOOD SUITE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE

The actual hotel was fine, it's just not in the best area. Parking is limited- we had to park in an adjacent lot. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff was great.

Food availability suffers immensely, the Chinese place is dirty, pats pizza is lackluster at best. Theres to pizza huts only 2 miles away, but neither will deliver. On the plus side, the airport shuttle is there for you regardless of time, and the drivers very outgoing.

Good location and nice hotel

We did an overnight here between two points of travel as it was a convenient location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. The staff at check in and out was very personable. Pretty much my only complaint would be water pressure in the shower.

The elevator was "supposedly" broke, and the female staff member advised us to take the staircase and instructed us to use the staircase on the opposite end of where my room was actually located?! I had several bags with me having to carry flights of steps and then then walk the whole length of the building to get to my room! And to just turn around and see a customer use the elevators?! I don't know why the female worker was playing games with me!! Than the fire alarms were going off in the hallway around midnight and than proceeded to go off in the room loud and continuously. The alarms stayed going off & on several times after the 1st incident. That was my 1st & last stay at Candlewood! The room was nice overall.
