I recognize this is an automated message that's sent to all guests, however your records should have indicated that I never checked in. I made several attempts on Friday and Saturday with your hotel front desk and representatives at Hotels.com to make an exception due to the impending major snowstorm and allow me to change the date to next weekend. I was told by your front desk staff on Friday that the general manager will be in on Saturday to make that decision. When I called the front desk on Saturday, I was then told the general manager won't be in until Monday. I will be staying at another hotel when I visit the area next weekend.
