Check in was a nightmare, there were drunk people in the lobby drinking from handles of booze, there was one woman working her best to handle people arriving, but we waited for a half hour just to check in. Then our room that was supposed to have two beds and a crib had 1 bed and no crib and when we asked about that they said "oh yeah it's been a busy day, we haven't gotten to it" and it was never delivered. Then when we tried to book our shuttle to the airport, they had no times available for when we wanted to leave. Had to leave an hour later than we wanted or call our own uber, from a place that advertises shuttles every 15 minutes. Then when we came back, we called for a shuttle, were told that the driver hadn't shown up for work, could I please call back in 15 minutes? Then I called back, still no shuttle, so they called an uber for us. Also the rooms are old and musty. Nothing was as advertised, and everything was inconvenient, at a place that advertises a convenient airport experience. Really, really, disappointing. Will never stay here again.

Hotels.com and Home 2 suites both left me high and dry. I booked the room through hotels .con and showed up at midnight and was told no rooms were available. I was turned away and had to find a room myself in the middle of the night at another hotel. I’ve been turned down for a refund, how do I prove I showed up???

The hotel shuttle from the airport was very slow to arrive. It took over an hour after a few phone calls. The manager told me I was impatient and should expect to wait another half hour or more. The room was fine, although the shuttle episode soured our first impressions so we're not sure we would ever stay there again.
