Cleanliness is an issue... mildew on shower curtain, used q-tip in bathroom, and stains and smudges all over. There were other issues but nearly as bothersome as the lack of cleanliness.

You folks at Microtel Philadelphia Airport Ridley Park have made me and my wife lifetime customers whenever we come to Philly. The staff were great including the manager I believe his name was Bilal (?) friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with all of our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean as could be. We had a wonderful stay. See you soon. Thanks for everything.

Some of the staff was great, some of the staff seemed bothered when asked a question. Example… an extra blanket was asked for and the staff member acted annoyed. The staff members at the time were simply talking amongst themselves. Customer service was not the best, but the room was clean and the location is great.

I stayed at the Microtel in Ridley Park from August 19th–21st and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I checked in. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is very convenient—close to the airport yet quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to get rest. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety to start the day. I also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay near the airport, I highly recommend the Microtel in Ridley Park. I’ll definitely return on future trips.
