This hotel is old and dated. The bathroom in my room smelled so badly of mildew I had to keep the door closed. It was dingy and the mirror was all messed up. The backing had been pulled off in areas and then it was hung back up. It was also slim pickings at breakfast. They didn't even have juice. I would not stay here again.

It was perfectly suitable for a night’s rest. Not luxurious but very clean. Just would have liked a lamp by the bed instead of the cube light fixture. There was not much light in the room and what was there was harsh. Bathroom was fine and had better lighting. It seemed to have good fixtures for disabled/elderly in the bathtub.There was a fold-out seat.

Location was easy access, check in was uncomplicated and room size was nice. A couple things to note: there was no blanket on our beds and none in the closet or drawers to use. It was only a top sheet and another cover on top the same weight as a sheet. We were able to go down to the front desk and get 2 comforters. Just not sure why they weren't already on the bed. The mattresses were comfortable. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Make your own waffles, 2 kinds of cereal and small sausages, no eggs. Another older guest was quite disappointed as was I about the selection of food. Not an unpleasant stay and the staff was friendly, just a couple inconveniences.

The hotel was clean and modern. The beds were average in comfort with terrible linens. The comforters were very thin and stiff so I was glad we brought some blankets. I will say that the room was pretty sound proof - you couldn't hear other guests walking around or showering or their tvs. The female staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful- and she was the only one. The other staff members we encountered were busy on their phones or sitting around passing the buck to other staff. I had called for early check in and asked if they needed our info and they said no, so of course when we arrived there was no record of me calling. We asked 4 times for a crib and got a broken, crappy pack and play. There were 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths- no large shower towels. The elevator broke and there was no acknowledgement by staff or sign so everyone stood there waiting while it didnt move. This left us lugging 3 small children and our stuff up 4 flights of stairs. 1 staff said someone called maintenance but they didnt show up. It was eventually fixed. This could be a nice place to stay if the staff cared at all, stayed off their cell phones and watched their language around guests.

The shuttle bus took over an hour to pick up from the airport . Called at least 5 times and given random answers about the driver being in route. Driver was unapologetic and blamed it on traffic. The actual ride from the airport to the hotel was only 12 minutes. The front desk attenendant was pleasant and efficient.

For a fairly new property it is in need of some TLC. Our bathroom looked as though it had been repaired several times and there were areas of chipped paint. The room was small but it was just one night. I feel that if a hotel is pet friendly all of the pets should be housed on the first floor so that those floors can be cleaned accordingly and extra attention is paid to the flooring/carpeting in those particular rooms. It is also a courtesy to the pet owner, as they are closer to the main floor and able to get their pet outside faster. Designated areas for pets to use are also helpful.

I was so unexpectedly surprised by this hotel. The staff truly went out of their way to make life easier. I needed more light than there was in the room in order to work remotely. They let me use the breakfast room until 2 am. They gave me apples and peanut butter for a snack because I worked through dinner, and I paid extra for a late checkout and they let me stay until I needed to go to the airport at 4. I’ve never been so impressed by staff in my life. Thank you!

Over-rated!

Reviews for this property are highly over-rated! Property was safe, furnishings were updated, parking was adequate, and there was easy access to the highway. BUT, extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work, so paint was peeling, pressed-board shelves were warped, and door was moisture damaged. Refrigerator door would not seal shut. Carpet was stained, walls were scuffed and damaged. Towels/wash cloths were hairy!- availability of replacement towels through front desk was limited. Phone in room didn’t work to call front desk or housekeeping. Hair in sink and shower. Mildew on shower curtain. Remote turned TV on but no other buttons worked- could only watch ESPN, which was also on the TV in the lobby, so maybe that’s the only station available? Breakfast was sparse and not replenished when something ran out, even when they were still serving for another hour. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
