Cleanliness is an issue... mildew on shower curtain, used q-tip in bathroom, and stains and smudges all over. There were other issues but nearly as bothersome as the lack of cleanliness.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years while traveling due to its proximity to the airport and my family. During a recent stay, I was asked if I had a vehcile with me. When I answered yes, I was told it was an additional amount per night and that policy had been instituted this year. While I was unaware of this, it was the response why they were charging the fee verses the fee itself. I was told they charge the fee because they had non hotel guests parking in their parking lot. This would make sense if they had a system in place to combat that. I was not asked for license plate information, not given something to place on my dash to distinguish if my vehcile was for a hotel guest or not, etc. So how exactly are they enforcing. As someone who travels a bunch and often pays a parking fee in other cities, it not about the fee. Just call it what it is, a money grab or a way to increase revenue.

Disaster of a stay

Not sure where to start: 1) Breakfast: There was no breakfast. We were told in the morning that food delivery had not arrived. Eventually, they got the pancake machine working, and had a few bagels. But the toaster didn't work. 2) No soap in rooms -- only soap available was attached in the showers. 3) AC didn't work. EIther had to accept freezing, or off. Temp control didn't work. 4) TV remote controls in both of our rooms either didn't work, or only worked sporadically. There are several other small issues I won't get into here. I have stayed in about 20 motels this summer. I haven't felt the need to write a review about any of the previous ones. This one was the worst.

We booked and paid for the hotel through Expedia. Coming in late from a long trip the girl at the check-in was complaining that Expedia did not give payment. However they had. She was asking us to call customer service at Expedia. She kept us there for 40 minutes late at night. Didn’t make sense as payment is done at checkout not check-in. She had my credit card. We were tired. The mirrors were dirty the floor was dirty.
