Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars.

It had a pool. It was clean but didn't have time to go. It does have a Gym and a Casino.. Everything you might need is at walking distance. Castillo Serralles might need an Uber or taxi. We did not have breakfast included, but I tied the continental breakfast once. They had lots of choices. Room was clean, the staff was amazing by the pool area especially Jaime the tall bartender. We have partial Oceanview and was not upgraded as well.

Cannot control AC temperature from room per policy. Must contact staff to adjust temperature in room. Simply ridiculous. Also electric USB cable sockets did not work. Notified staff but did not fix.
