PROS - Buena ubicación, el área de la piscina estaba limpia. CONS - El cuarto NO estaba en buenas condiciones, comenzando por la puerta principal la cual no tenía cerradura, solo un seguro que hasta mi niño podía abrir con facilidad. La puerta del baño no tenía seguro, la puerta del closet estaba rota y la puerta que daba al balcón solo tenía un pestillo por lo cual es insegura al tener niños pequen̈os. La plancha estaba inservible, al ir a la recepción a llevarla buscaron otra en un cuarto que tienen y al menos funcionó. Los empleados se disculparon por el inconveniente. El lugar no tiene seguridad o al menos no vimos a nadie vigilando. La habitación no tenía zafacon y nunca fueron a hacer el servicio al cuarto. El lugar necesita mantenimiento.

Dont stay here unless you want to have a horror night with mentally illbemployees arguing with you about the room cleaning, the air conditioner was firty and gave me a headache mattress blood stains no hot water,no vaccum the floors overall worth $10 a night.

The staff were great but the hotel was bad, no restaurant in the details from expedia mentioned there was breakfast. The bathroom was horrible there was no room to shower the room wasnt cleaned well we found old socks and some makeup stuff for women. The wifi was horrible also. Couldn't watch tv dtv satellite was terrible also. For what we paid it truly wasnt worth it. The ambiance and employees were great. Very disappointed!!

The toilet is clogged and after talking with the Receptionist and another employee nothing has been done. The A/C makes so much noise that even after buying ear plugs we couldn’t sleep. The bedroom and hotel need more maintenance to fix cracked or unglued baseboards, cracks in the wall and ceiling, no smoke detector but the whole in the wall, there is a steep to go into the bathroom with no signs in which we both tripped over, one of the night stand lamps did not worked, the cable tv was not working at night, there is no space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and to open the bedroom door with the key was a struggle. Will never stay here again and do not recommend it.

La cama muy cómoda, la habitación limpia, el baño muy pequeño, NO tiene pasa mano de seguridad en la ducha, es peligroso. Lo peor es el ruido, desperté a las 6:30am por gente hablando y gritando en las áreas comunes, tienen que sellar los cuartos para minimizar los ruidos, no se puede descansar, es la segunda vez que me pasa.

The staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel in great spot in front of the the town Plaza and in the middle of everything thats going around. Avoid rooms with Plaza view...you will not sleep if there are activities going on. From the music, car noise...to the blower and water hose street and Plaza cleaning between 4:30 and 6am... Parking is included. Room was not spotless and we never got hot water.
