I loved the location. I did not like the Room since it’s outdated super old, bed was not comfortable at all. Elevator was broke and we ended up carrying 4 pc of luggage 4 floors up. There were no door hang tags for do not disturb. Complementary breakfast was not included. Parking issue constantly.

The hotel is a historic structure that with a little imagination and attention to detail could be splendid. However simple things, like the elevator being out of order or a lack of decor on the walls in the room, or rugs in the room that should have been changed years ago, all make for a second hand experience.

Great location but the rooms were very shabby. Unclean. Poor lighting. Missing furniture. Broken elevator and no offers to help us carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Noise early in the morning right outside the window. A nice spot for breakfast but very limited choices. Good parking option.

Excellent location in the center of the town

Pros: the location
Cons: cleaniless
Location: excellent, very good restaurants and bars....

Serves the purpose

Pros: Charm, Staff
Cons: Toiletries, Iron etc Menu can use a few more options, floor mat in bathroom & Wifi
Location: Great
Overall was a good Experience, Could use a phone in the room.

Hotel close to historical site

The room was small with no window. The shower heads in the bath tub would have to be changed. When sitting for my family in the sitting area, I was bitten all over my legs. It seems that they either do not clean the furniture or leave the rugs wet. Every time I got in the elevator, it felt like it was going to fall. When the elevator opened it was not even with the floor. This hotel felt like those hotels you pay to use for an hour or two.
