Decent place but with 3 ethnic wedding parties competing for who can play the loudest music around the pool at all hours it was an unpleasant experience staying in a poolside room. Toilet was broken upon arrival but fixed. Ants were everywhere - desk, bed etc. Rug was not cleaned as evidinced by crumbs and nail clippings on the floor. A/C did not do an adequate job. Prices in the "store" are rivaled only by Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

Underwhelming experience. Prom party and a wedding during the same weekend made for a very busy, crowded, untidy and even a messy experience. Despite the large parking facility, the lack of sufficient parking stood out as particularly annoying, especially because we were charged for it. Great, the property had a prosperous weekend with all the booked events but, it came at a cost to the guests staying there. Other observations, perhaps it is time to think about refreshing the room? With so many other hotel options in the area, I am likely to consider those options for my future visits.

Pros = none Cons = - Housekeeping does not do their job correctly & often does not show up at all (even after requesting at the end of the day) - The front desk employees are not helpful - They try to get an extra $300 out of guests by saying you are smoking in the room. They don't say sorry when they realize they are wrong for accusing you - If you request something simple like towels because housekeeping never replaced them, they say they will send someone and no one ever comes - The floor in the shower is literally peeling off and they think that is ok Overall, I would stay away from this property

The fire alarm went off during our stay, and no one would answer what happened. We weren't even ushered out of the building. We were told by the fire department to leave, and there was no communication on when it would be safe to come back in. We noticed people were still going in and out of the building while the alarm was going off, but we were told we couldn't. We eventually found out the alarm was something to do with the kitchen on the completely opposite side of this massive hotel, but we weren't allowed back into our room until the alarm stopped. The floors are also a huge maze. Front desk was unclear on the easiest way to an elevator, and it took forever to find. The signs were not clearly marked, and the one elevator we ended up finding was tucked into a corner and very easy to miss if you were going quick. Property was clean, and the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly when we passed by them. We only chose it because of the shuttle for the wedding we were attending, but we would not have chosen it otherwise and will not go again.

The room was clean and we were comfortable with one exception, the air conditioning was not working. The room temp never went below 78 degrees. I did inform the front desk who said they would send someone up but we did not see or hear from anyone.
