I would like to request that when a hotel gym is out of service, the staff should edit the listing on Expedia to reflect that. I will not book a hotel that does not have a gym. It's the first filter I apply. So when I show up to my hotel that is supposed to have a gym and am told it is out of commission, I am very unhappy. Couple that with a support staff that is unfriendly and difficult to work with when asked basic questions, and rest assured I will not be booking this hotel again.
