There was one young lady at the front desk who was very nice and pleasant, she checked us in. With that being said, our room had NO A/C, and we were told by another woman to open window. It wasn't until the next day that my husband went down and they sent someone up who said the building is old and that is why it doesn't work. There were people running through the halls, the breakfast was HORRIBLE, the gym equipment was falling apart, I mean, this is an EMBASSY SUITES, there should be a seamless, elegant, stay. People go to Embassy Suites to have a more luxurious stay with great accommodations. This location needs help!

This is a fun Embassy Suites for the family, with a pool open 9 to 9. The evening reception with a free drink each night is a treat as well as the buffet breakfast with made to order omelets. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I didnt have a car but its a 15 minute drive to the Morristown train station.
