"My stay at Hyatt Place Newark was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Newark area. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff immediately made me feel like a valued guest. Every employee I interacted with throughout my stay was friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude truly stood out and helped create a relaxing experience. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and modern the hotel looked. The lobby was bright, stylish, and inviting, and the overall property was very well maintained. My room exceeded expectations in every way. It was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture and a layout that made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the soft pillows and fresh linens. I also liked having a separate seating area, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless during my stay. The bathroom was sparkling clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. I could tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I love this hotel. "Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Fremont – Newark and had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia, everything felt outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room furniture was worn out and torn, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained. Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close and thin shades that let in too much light, making it hard to sleep. We requested a room change but were asked to “adjust” multiple times. Eventually got another room, which was only slightly better. No breakfast, just coffee. Only positives: location. Overall, very dissatisfied. Expedia should review this listing. Would not recommend."
