DETAILS: Experience an epic getaway at Solamere Home in Park City! This inviting 3-level, 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 14 guests. Located in a residential area of Deer Valley, guests will love the panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains, multiple fireplaces, private hot tub, and the convenience of Main Street’s shopping and dining—only 10 minutes away!

Entering on the main level, guests are greeted with heated stone floors and log-cabin details that evoke the atmosphere of a luxury ski lodge. A Western-style leather sofa, loveseat, and armchair surround an impressive stone fireplace in the great room. Curl up with a book on the comfy window seat or watch the snowfall out the soaring picture window. Kids can enjoy their own space in the second living area with seating, a fireplace, and a TV. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, high-end appliances, and 8 seats at the breakfast bar for taste testers to visit with the chef of the group! A formal dining table seats 10 for meals. Fire up the grill on the deck overlooking the surrounding mountains, or relax on the patio seating. When bedtime arrives, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, a sitting area with a gas fireplace, TV, and deck access. This house has Everything you need for a big group. Lots of bathrooms, heated floors, great service, and kitchen was equipped with all you need. Thank you and we will be back. Have a big group this is the house!

Beautiful ski retreat

Convenient location in high-end residential neighborhood ~5 min drive to the base of Deer Valley ski resort. Spacious house with beautiful views over the valley/to the mountains. All the bedrooms are very private, which allowed our group to spread out and feel comfortable. Lovely stay!

Great, spacious house really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this house with a group of 18 adults. The house is spacious and really nicely equipped. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub as well. Only critique would be that we had problems with the hot water. After about 5-6 people showered, there wasn't any hot water and you had to wait. One other thing was that we had ask for air mattresses and one of them was leaking air, we would find ourselves on the floor half way through the night. I called and asked for a new air mattress but was never provided with one. Overall great house, great stay, small hiccups.
