The apartment has been completely renovated in 2023 and tastefully decorated by a French interior designer, who was able to create a luxurious and modern suite while retaining a Haussmannian spirit.

It is composed of a spacious and bright living room with a dining or office area and a bedroom area with a large bed equipped with comfortable bedding, bedside tables with remote-controllable reading lights and a 43-inch flat screen. An unlimited high-speed wifi network (optical fiber) is available throughout the apartment. A dressing room is located on one side of the room, equipped with numerous shelves and a wardrobe. A small balcony overlooking a quiet street is the perfect spot for morning sunbathe.

In a separate room we find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two windows: oven, hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, pots, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses... The ideal space to try French gastronomy, cook your favorite dishes and delight your guests!

On the other side, a roomy travertine bathroom equipped with a large bathtub (rare in Paris) to recover and relax from the hectic days of Parisian life. You will find a large backlit mirror, a towel dryer, towels, a hair dryer, a toilet, quality shower gel and shampoo so that you don't miss anything!

The total area of the apartment is 25 m²/270 ft². All windows are equipped with double glazing ensuring sound insulation.

The apartment is ideally located in the historic heart of Paris. Accessible by metro at the Filles du Calvaire (line 8), Arts-Et-Métiers (line 11), Saint-Paul (line 1) stops. Many buses and bike stations are also nearby and allow you to quickly get to the major train stations in Paris. You are only a few minutes walk from the city's major monuments and other tourist attractions!

Le Marais being in my opinion the best district of the city, I live there too! I will obviously be reachable throughout the stay and physically available if necessary.

The apartment is in a secure building, accessible only by badge and digital code. The apartment is equipped with an intercom with video feed. Mail is received in an individual locked mailbox.
