Hotel over all clean and updates with nice shower rooms.Hotel location very sketchy not in the best area. I didn't feel safe walk around past 9pm. Asian manager maybe GM was very nice and did what she could make stay better. In the end at check out middle eastern lade at front desk was very nasty and snappy to my son. I would say over all 3 stars best I can give!

Hotel was okay- near Metro which was a plus but further away from all the sites. The area did not seem the safest at night. Only reason we booked it was because it had enough beds for our family of 4. Breakfast option in the morning was a plus.

When my family and I arrived we were so tired from traveling from the United States, the staff were so friendly and helped up get into our room earlier than normal check-in. They also held our luggage while we waited and went to get some food as we were starving. Would definitely recommend staying here and the staff were excellent.

Family trip

We arrived a little before check in time and the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and found us a room that was ready. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers 14&16 and it is very difficult to find accommodation in europe that actually offers beds for them and not sofa beds. This hotel was perfect, the room was spacious and we never felt crowded, each of my kids had their own individual bed and that’s appreciated. Location was excellent just above the tube/metro station, easy to get to main attractions. Overall a great stay and great value for the price. We will return again and recommend.

The room was ok kinda small for a family of 4 and I don’t know why they would separate the toilet and shower away from each other without a separate sink to wash your hands after doing business in the toilet! To me that’s unsanitary to have to go to the other side of the room passing everyone in the room just to wash your hands after toilet business. The hotel was right next to a metro station so that was convenient as lots of food areas right outside.

Rooms are inconvenient space, so congested. Breakfast is not good, it’s waste of paying the breakfast amount family. Took one day and got stomach upset. They won’t provide the water bottles. They charged the city taxes amount when doing the check-in. It’s was not mentioned when we booked.
