Overall down experience

Expectations were sky high, reality was just so-so 1. I paid for a king sized bed. What I got was two wins pushed together with the ever not so awesome gap in the middle 2. The door handle broke off and I was stuck in my room 3. The elevator broke 4. Contrary to the pictures, there is no view of the Eiffel Tower 5. Everything was just so average.

Beautiful property, excellent staff and great location. Would have loved a better view in a junior suite category. Wished the junior suite category that we paid for was more equivalent to the photographs that represented on both Expedia and the hotels website. That was a disappointment. Overall though, it was a lovely room regardless.

Exceptional location, but the hotel is not very well maintained and shows sign of age. The bathroom was out of basic amenties such as shampoo and conditioner once we got to our room.The hairdryer was not working and had to be replaced. You pay a 5 star price for closer to a 3-4 star experience.
