Love this hotel!

We had an amazing stay! It was my mothers first time in Paris. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for shopping and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. This time my room was on the 5th floor but lift only reached the 4th...then stairs! No telephone in room..so no wake.up calls. Kettle with 2 coffees and 2 mint teas...no milk and regrigerator not plugged in. No nearby power socket for kettle...one at opposite side of room. So very very expensive for a 2☆ hotel

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, but can be a bit loud for outside noise depending on where you room is. Otherwise, great stay!

Very very cramped room. Can barely move around. Very old carpet. Lift only goes to 4th floor. My room was on 5th floor. Very narrow and dark corridors. Bath and shower in 1. You can't stand in shower due to very low roof.

Most of the facilities of the room are either worn out or old. They need to be upgraded or replaced. We needed to change room after our first night because of no toilet water. We needed to moved to another room all by ourselves on 27 Sept morning. Also I felt very unhappy that they downgraded our room without telling us in advance. But, to be fair, most of the staffs are nice and helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walking distance from the Champs Elysees. The staff is very attentive and efficient. Our AC broke in the middle of the night and they were really quick to fix it.
