Newly renovated modern luxury two bedroom unit with a two queen size beds, a pullout sofa, 65` tv, and lots of counter space. Whether a few days or months, you`ll enjoy this comfortable cozy space. Walking distance to the beach and Pier Park.

Enjoy meals at the kitchen table with seating for four with a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, blender and coffee maker.
The condo has two queen size beds
A 65” Smart TV in the living room and a 43” Smart TV in each bedroom.
A full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer for your use.
You will find in our unit beach towels for your use during your stay. We also have provided you with an iron and ironing board. There will be a charge if these are not returned to unit at your departure.
There is a side patio with a firepit to sit around.

Parking is on the right side of the driveway in front of the unit. You can double park 2 cars in the space. (The left parking spot is for unit 1)

Panama City Beach has just been rated again this year as one of the top beach destinations in the world. This property is located close to the beach and right down the street from Pier Park, PCBs premier shopping location.

Getting around PCB is simple. Typically our guests rent a golf cart, drive with a car to Pier Park for beach access, or walk the few blocks to beach access #64 at the end of Carmen St.

• Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried by unit. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting of damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter
• Quiet time is between 10PM and 8 AM
• Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property
