It was nightmare. Nobody open the door. No instructions sent me by the owner. Called 5 times. Not getting ny response from owner at midnight. Freezing cold outside. I have to book uber again and went dor an expensive night somewhere else. Very very bad experience

My biggest issue with this property was lack of communication. I sent a message prior to my arrival that was never answered. Upon arrival I had a problem with my room key, and it took well over two hours to receive a response. The neighborhood felt safe but the street was very crowded. I was very grateful for parking in the driveway. There was no light on at the front door so I needed to get a flashlight to see. There is also no railing on the front steps. I think there is also a gutter missing because it was raining and the water was extra heavy falling on my head from the roof. The house is clean and modern, the room too. That being said, the plug beside the bed only had one working outlet so I couldn’t charge my phone and have the bedside lamp plugged in at the same time. If you have an allergy to Glade Plug-ins don’t stay here. It smells nice BUT the scent is overpowering and I had to unplug as they made my eyes water and my mouth fuzzy. Finally the toilet in the basement bathroom didn’t flush properly and I was worried it was going to overflow.
