Where to start
Upon arrival the air conditioner was not working. After 5 hours and 3 calls someone finally showed up to fix it. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. It took 4 days and numerous calls before the pool cleaning company came out. After talking to management I was offered a $200 credit to use at the resort. I guess that is what they see as fair compensation for not being able to use the pool for four days. Was notified someone might be coming by from the cable company to exchange cable boxes in the house. He showed up one afternoon and spent 2 hours trying to get them to work before calling someone else to come join him. So for almost 5 hours we had two strange men in the house going bedroom to bedroom changing out cable boxes. Not exactly the way you want to spend a vacation day. The wifi stopped working one day so I placed another call and was told someone would be right out. No one showed up but it did start working again the next day. The day after that I actually got a call back from the resort stating their technician was at the house to fix the wifi but no one was there.
Like other reviews mention for a house of this size it is severely lacking in pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster and other items typically found in the kitchen at other VRBO homes.
