Excellent stay!

This was the CLEANEST rental we have ever seen! The home is beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time at Universal and Disney, and we wish we had scheduled an extra day to just enjoy chilling at this home. The towels were luscious and the beds were comfy. The only downside was no checkout instructions so I was unsure what to do with towels, trash, etc. Otherwise, we LOVED everything!

Wonderful spacious home

Overall we were impressed with the property. The layout worked very well and having the pool/spa as well as game room kept the kids occupied. The owner/mgr was very attentive. The only thing I would warn people about (especially if they’re maxing out the occupancy) is the hot water tank is not nearly big enough for the number of bathrooms. We ran out of hot water after 2 regular length showers.

Lots of wear and tear!

I want to leave an honest review so that the owners can improve and travelers make sure they don’t get any surprises. The house is well located and is very spacious. Things I did not like: 1. Hidden fees that we found out after we booked. The pool is heated but you must pay extra, they have a grill, but you must pay extra. 2. The management company reached out to me 30 minutes before check in to have me sign an agreement and send my ID for verification, they need to do this prior check in, because I was driving 7hrs and it was difficult for me to take care of this while driving. 3. You need to pay $20 per vehicle that stays overnight. 4. The bathrooms need some love and care as well as the shower curtains, the shower curtains were disgusting. 5. The sofa bed is so filthy that we almost puke. 6. The beds are hard. Goods: The house is well equipped with almost everything you may need for your stay. Won’t stay here again, did not like the experience.

Nice property

This is a very nice house and fully stocked. Nice location. The only problem I had is I sent several messages months prior to the trip about heating the pool/spa and some messages about check in days before our check in that all went unanswered. I had to call for check in information an hour before we were due to check in. I was told I didn’t sign the rental agreement. I had never received it prior to calling. I would have thought someone would have contacted me to make me aware it wasn’t signed considering they had my full payment for the rental. They were able to send it to me and everything went good from there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and willing to help find a solution.

Best villa we’ve stayed in.

Had an absolutely brilliant time, stayed 19 nights, wish we could have stayed longer, the villa is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, loved the pool which is lovely and private and not right next to your neighbour as others we have stayed in. Good location for Disney and extra security with being a gated complex, hope to return.

Kissimmee House Review

The property was a great location to the Disney Resort and was very well maintained. Plenty of sleeping options fun game room and when we had an issue with the pool heater, it was quickly fixed. Great stay and we will consider staying there again!

Perfect

Great property close to Disney in a gated community. We've stayed at Emerald Island 3 times now and this villa is by far the nicest yet. Clean and modern, great pool/Spa area. Good games room that kids loved. Owner is very helpful and super quick to reply to messages. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to come back in the future.

Pros - 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs, king ensuite 3 bedrooms, 2 bath upstairs, queen ensuite Kitchen had a good amount of cookware and dishes Beds comfortable...at least the king ensuite was Starter supply of TP, paper towels, dish liquid, all the necessities were good, more than expected Tablets inside the house didn't really use them Neighborhood is quiet, and safe with gates security at the front Wifi Plenty of towels and wash cloths Near a lot of restaurants CONS: Home was not clean like I expected. The home is constantly booked, was not like that when we initially booked. Otherwise, we would have gone elsewhere. The bathroom in the master was insufficiently clean, I wiped things down with a lysol wipe. The ceiling fan in master was broken, stayed in 1 speed very low Showers are like match boxes, you can barely turn around to rinse. My 4 yr old grandson would have had enough space Microwave handle broken, looks like its been that way for quite some time. Dryer died after 3 small loads on last night Live and dead bugs in the house, spiders were live, cock roaches dead. Air hockey table turns on, but doesn't work. The puck doesn't slide like it should. There are 2 AC controls, but you'd have to go upstairs to see that, no notes anywhere Had to put another sheet on master king as the sheet on it looked dirty. No activities for small children in the community CHECK-IN When entering the community, was told to go to the clubhouse to finish check in process. Then, I was told we need $20 cash to get electronix keys to come in and out of the community. I was never given a heads up until we got there. The clubhouse staff told me we couldn't check into the house until we paid the $20. That wasn't true, the electronic key has nothing to do with getting into the house, completely separate. However, the key is helpful as the lines to enter get really long. You get the money back when you check out, as long as you don't lose or damage them. I never received the rental agreement so I didn't have the access code. Called and got in touch with united vacation rental, was emailed the agmt and code to enter. The excuse was no email was given when I started the rental process. Overall, we cleaned what we needed, sprayed with Lysol to disinfect. We will not stay again.
