Property found to be as listed. Clean. Spacious. Private pool - perfect size for soothing relaxation at busy day’s end. Parking was convenient, although not as described in checkin paperwork. (Which refers to houses, not townhomes.)

The rooms were small but adequate and comfortable. We felt it could have been more welcoming by providing some information about the resort amenities (the splash pool, playground, etc.) and some suggestions of nearby restaurants and shopping. Not enough towels or toilet paper.

Mother Daughter Disney Trip

We had a great time, the property was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room. The only problem we had was getting Ubers in the property. With no code to get in, sometimesit was a problem, but we figured it out and it didn’t cause any issues. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and always helpful.

Broken from the beginning

House had broken bed upon arrival, company wanted someone to come in middle of night to fix. House had tripped breakers, kitchen and bedroom outlets not working, had to contact again for fix, no access to breakers. House had sink that leaked all over and clogged, had to alert company again. You’re not getting this with hotels I guess, or with other rental properties and companies in our experience c

Excellent property with good amenities

Family stayed at this property while visiting Disney and Universal. It is close to the parks and the homes design is ideal to give each person their own space after a long day walking. kids enjoyed the pool.Only suggestion is getting the check-in instructions posted in the VRBO chat. Had them in my email, but ended up having to message the host to get them again

Disney marathon weekend

The place was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a party of seven to 10 people. The area was well kept and it was a quiet neighborhood which was very nice. The place had all the accommodations we needed. Two negatives of the place was that it was a little farther than the website explained from the Disney property and the bed downstairs loudly squeaks anytime you sit or move on the bed. It’s was annoying. Everything else was great.

Good location, deceptively big, great resort staff

Family stay and sizing is perfect to accommodate a large family. Check-in process seamless, and property as described on VRBO. Staff at Solara is fantastic and very kid friendly. The home itself has a great kitchen and dining area. Layout is deceptively big. Things that were not up to expectations is carpets need to be steam cleaned, showing multiple stains and some of which were rather unpleasant. Bathrooms were clean which was positive, though had a couple slow draining sinks/showers. Beds are very soft and a little noisy, but overall comfortable and linens were great. Would stay here again however cleanliness of carpets and overly soft beds that were noisy prevented this from being 5/5 rating.

Great place to stay outside of Disney

This place was a great place to stay with my family. The place was very clean. The pool was a little small and wish we didn’t pay to have it heated as it still wasn’t that warm. I’m guessing because the air temperature was in the 50’s. We didn’t swim. I did have my 92 year old mom with me. The showers did not have a bar for her to hold onto which was a little challenging. Overall the place was excellent and would stay here again.

Very nice!!

The property was perfect. It had plenty of space and was decorated nicely. The location was good! The pool was very small just a dip pool) if I had to do it over again, I would not have paid to heat it, but it’s not a big deal. The resort is self was very nice restaurant and amenities! Would definitely stay again!

Disney Vacation

The property was all that we expected. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. The only draw back was we didn't know that a private parking space was not available in front of the unit. So every time we left we had to hunt for a place to park upon our return. Needless to say this occurred everyday, since we were at Universal or Disney property.It would have been nice to have that advertised when we booked. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. We would go back.

Clean, central location

We had a great time in this home. Very clean and centrally located. Would suggest that the house has some basic kitchen items like spices, cleaning supplies, and aluminum foil. There was only one dishwasher pack and we used the dishwasher a lot. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Excellent location!

The property was easy to access and super convenient to get to both Disney and Universal parks. The inside was immaculate. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Great house!

This is a great house! Plenty of bedrooms for adults. Loads of dishes, silverware, and glassware. It’s so nice not to have to run the dishwasher after every single meal so that we have dishes for the next meal. It is super close to Magic Kingdom. It is clean and beautiful. There are a couple of areas of concern. The pool is tiny. Good for a few kids or a couple of adults, but that’s about it. Also the main gate was not working, so we had to route our Lyft drivers to the next one and it often confused them. The biggest problem is totally out of control of the property owners and will probably improve at some time, but it was a real issue for us. The house is in an internet dead zone. Inside the house was fine, but we were using Uber and Lyft and the drivers had a hard time finding us because their connection died about 3 or 4 miles from the house. This made the main gate malfunction a bit more of an issue. I think cell towers will eventually be added to fix this problem, but it was an issue for us.
