Our trip was to celebrate our grandson’s 7th birthday with 3 days at Universal. We had a very comfortable place to come home to and rest after a full day at the parks. Everyone had very comfortable sleeps.

We had an amazing stay. 6 adult girls, and there was plenty of room. All amenities at your finger tips. The pool is close so that was a plus. Just a few minutes away from Walmart & Publix. If ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

Before arriving to the home the communication was not very good from the home owners. Upon arrival, it was slightly hard to find the unit because the door is on the side of property, not in the front like all the other units.The property was not very clean. The sinks were visible dirty, I discovered a roach in the bathroom. Most of the pots and kitchen wear was so dirty. The comforter in the kids room was dirty, showing stains from the previous guest. This lead me to believe that the sheets and everything else was not clean. It’s so unsanitary, inconsiderate and disrespectful to your guest to rent a home that has not been thoroughly cleaned. The TV in the master bedroom down stairs never worked. The parking situation was horrible. The property has no guest parking, this is a huge inconvenience. My mother’s car was towed out of the handicap parking space, although she has a valid handicap permit. The tow truck company is very shady and is constantly looking for an opportunity to tow vehicles. My overall experience was not very great!

We loved that this property was prepared and kid friendly. We've stayed at others that had kid themed rooms but that was all. This location had plastic dishes, high chair, baby gate, and pack and play available. The house was clean, nothing looked worn, plenty of blankets, towels, all the things you need, and location was great to all the locations we needed. This is next to the clubhouse/pool which was convenient and surprisingly quiet in the home to be next to the clubhouse. The host was great with communication from start to finish.

Family celebration

It’s our first time bring my son to Disney. We celebrated his birthday and my god daughter!! We had all the comforts of home. We each had our own space which was much needed after long days at the parks. I will definitely be booking this location again.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location to the pool was perfect! We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Black mold in tub upstairs, pictures to prove! Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood, multiple times kids were around my vehicle. Also, view several vehicles speeding through the neighborhood. Cleaning crew showed up a day early to clean. Furniture is worn out. Would NOT recommend this property!!
