The house provided enough space for what we needed. However, we did not receive the same house shown in the photos. I feel like this was a bit of bait and switch. The house was listed as handicap accessible. I contacted the manager to verify as we had someone in a wheelchair traveling with us. It was in fact not at all accessible. We had to use a series of our own ramps just to enter the house. The showers were also not accessible. The house looked as though it was nice when first built but had not been maintained nicely. Its the little details like weeds in the pool area and unpainted repairs on the walls that really took away from the experience.The hot tub does not stay hot and needs to be preheated for an hour before each use. Not very convenient. We got a fairly good deal because we came during the off season. But, if I had paid more I would be really upset at the lack of quality in this house. I will end on a positive note and say that the beds were very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The view from the back pool was beautiful, and private! The kids loved naming the alligators in the pond. House was clean. When there was something that broke, it was rectified immediately. The clubhouse with lazy river and water slides, is a definite must do. Best time!

Quick getaway

We had a group of 17, ranging in age from 1-52 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the kids loved the pool. The location was great and only had neighbors on 1 side. The kids loved watching the alligators. We wolill definitely book again.

Everything you need was there . We had 13 family of all ages. Beware of alligators in pond.Be sure when you leave house for the day to lock the front door. The front lock doesn’t automatically lock itself when closed.You press the lower left corner to lock.Based on reviews we thought we were getting a unit on the end but we were three units in . We did enjoy our stay.

Such a great property!

This property was perfect for our trip a few weeks ago. The check-in & check-out process was smooth and easy! Felt safe with security on site and the amenities were great to use for the kids! The house was clean, comfortable and so much fun! Weenough space for the size of our group! The location on the property was awesome to face the pond and felt very private. 10/10 would recommend this space & we would absolutely consider staying again!

Spring break

The house made our spring break so much more special. Traveling with a large group ranging from 2months to the grandparents there was everything we needed right there. The arcade was an amazing bonus. The host was easy to contact quick to respond.

Beautiful Rental

Overall we had a great stay. Property was in very good condition for a rental and it was super clean. A couple of hiccups, pool heater wasn’t on when we arrived, we called them later on day two and by day 3 it was warm. There was someone on site within an hour or two so you can’t fault responsiveness but would have been nice to arrive to a warm pool as expected. A stranger thing was the second floor was warm on day 2. Went to check thermostat and it wasn’t on- no batteries. Put them in and figured we were good to go. Second afternoon upstairs is over 80 degrees, discovered air handler was turned off. Once on cooled right down. Property itself was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, and the area is close to Disney parks. Some of the other renters were a bit loud but the benefit of this property is you are at the end so only one neighbor. They were chill so it was all good for us. Some groups up the street seemed to fight every night. Loved the house, can’t choose your neighbors, would definitely consider again.

The property suited our group. The pool was heated as requested, the amenities were as expected, the house was clean. We loved tbat Dave reminded us to leave the cleaning to staff, so we could enjoy our time up to the last minute! I would stay here again!

I wish that check in was a little sooner than 5pm and we didn’t know we had to pay daily for every day we were staying at the home to heat the pool. We did have one door handle break while we were there and they fixed it the next day.
