Disliked: Cleanliness
Hello, I was not pleased by the cleanliness of our unit. The woodwork the dishwasher the cabinets were all very dirty. The oven was so filthy that the one time we attempted using it we had to shut it off because our unit filled with smoke and we could not heat up our food. We had to open doors and windows to release the smoke. The floors were less than desirable, I wouldn’t let my daughter walk around barefoot or even in her socks since they became dirty and the thought of dirt from others is quite gross. The living room furniture had visible stains on it and I had to clean the coffee table that was visibly dirty. The kitchen closet had broken potato chips on the floor, assuming they were from the last renter and clearly was never properly vacuumed. I voiced all of this to the representative that checked us out and the only response I got was WE ARE SORRY . I do wish that I addressed this on the day of check in, however, being focused on getting to the parks and meeting our reservations early in the morning and not arriving back to our unit until late at night, didn’t leave us with much time to chitchat with anyone at the front desk. Thank you for your time . I hope this message reaches someone who cares . Hopefully this can be rectified and will never happen again for future renters.
