When we arrived, the floor was dirty, there appeared to be cupcake icing on the dining table, the vent on the bottom of the microwave was filthy to the point it was unable to vent the cooktop, and the unit overall needed a deep clean and some paint.

Close proximity to beach with boardwalk thru dunes. Clean, well equipped. Only complaint is that there is a construction crew building a condo next door. Except for the first two days we were there we heard banging, horns, people, beepers from the equipment every morning. All day long. Should have been told about that during booking.

Potential is there, NEEDS some TLC!!

This little condo has great potential. The location is great, directly on the beach but the condo owners have not put much effort into keeping this place up to date and appointed well. The furnishings are oversized in this very small condo. The master bedroom has a king sized headboard that is rickety and required padding it with towels to keep it from bumping loudly against the wall with each movement. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen; lightbulbs were out in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the condo was poor... floors dingy, floorboards and walls dirty. Bathroom shower curtain dirty. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable and the bunk beds in the hallway were very cramped... no one bigger than kiddos for the bunk bed area. The pool area and main areas were a bit better in cleanliness.

Very quiet, close to the beach.

It was nice to have everything we needed, from dishes, linens, CD and DVD players and an additional TV in the bedroom.
