Arrived on Sunday excited for a relaxing vacation. My spouse and friends spouse both have health issues and spend more time in room than on the beach. We had 4 TVsIn unit and we couldn’t get any of them to work (were like 4 remotes to each TV). After text/emails/calls we finally had service in the living room and late Wed we had service in the bedrooms. We were leaving on Fri. Popcorn ceiling falling in floor in Master. You probably already know this but cell service is terrible, would recommend land line for emergencies. I requested an adjustment to price and they did adjust it but I didnt really think it was fair considering how much time I had to spend addressing issues. I requested half and they said they could do no more than 30%. I do like Phoenix 10 but did not have a good experience this year.
