Hermosa unidad de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños frente al golfo en el desarrollo más nuevo a lo largo de la costa del golfo de Alabama. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 56 pulgadas y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas queen con baño privado. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos camas de tamaño completo y también tiene un baño privado. Ambas habitaciones también tienen un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Esta unidad está ubicada en el piso 30 y mide aproximadamente 1,958 pies cuadrados.

La propiedad cuenta con acceso inalámbrico a Internet, TV de pantalla plana de 70 pulgadas en la sala de estar y un sofá cama, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y un bar con fregadero con máquina de hielo. Everything was great and had all the amenities, however, it would be nice to know that the air conditioning shouldn’t be turned below 70 degrees and it doesn’t cool fully unless the condo next door has their AC turned down. Serviceman had to come twice before it worked properly. One of the dining room chairs was broken upon arrival. One of the sheets had blood and bubble gum on it upon arrival. Dish network didn’t work in bedroom TV’s. Maybe have different color bands for the 21 and over pool area. My 23 year old daughter and friends were asked 5 times in one day with the same bartender to see their ID. All bedroom fans were unadjustable and stuck in one setting.

Excellent Condo

This was a great condo for the 11 of us. Loved being so close to the beach and the amazing views. The amenities this condo offers were great. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we checked it, but it was quickly addressed and we were delivered a new one just two days after we called. As some of the other reviews have stated, the elevator situation wasn't the best on Saturday at check-in, but we didn't have any trouble after that first day. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Condo was extremely nice. There was a lot of burnt out light bulbs that we had to replace, but I'm sure the owner would have done had we contacted them. Plenty of room and well decorated. The location itself had a few downfalls. There are only about 8 elevators to service 32 floors and the wait time can be 30 minutes plus on check in check out days and when it starts raining. The beach service that you have the option for paying for does not have beach front access so people are allowed to set up tents in front of you blocking the beach view.

Beautiful views

We loved the condo. The views are spectacular. We rented during peak season. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the building and long lines to get on at the lower floors. Also, with that many guests, cell service is terrible even with wifi. I would definitely return, but not during peak season.

Great Condo!

This condo is clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. The only negative comment I have to make is that the elevator situation at this property below acceptable. It can take hours to get up and down from the 30th floor. This issue needs to be addressed by the property because it can ruin a vacation.

Fun place to stay

Check in was so easy . Room was ready hours before check in time . Fun place to stay on the beach with slides and pool lazy river . Also indoor pool with hot tubs. Only complaint , dryer in room took a long time to dry towels and at night lazy river had some trash floating around. Snack bags, ziplocks, bandaids.

Terrible condo, no customer service from the lister

Condo was way too small, condo complex was over crowded with people. Maintenance came out for 5 beds being broken. 4 of the 5 needed new head boards, owners did nothing! Left a day early we were so disappointed, listing agent would not discount the rate after kids had to sleep on air mattress that I had to go buy because beds were broken. I will never ever lease again from VRBO or Liquid Life. Biggest waste of money for the week.

Family vacay

We had a great time in gulf shores. The condo is very nice! Just an FYI you need to bring everything (coffee, filters, salt). Also, be aware the pools are not heated so March and April they are pretty chilly. Great access to the beach. Great location. There is also construction right now. We were woken up every morning but one with pounding at 7-7:30AM.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay at Phoenix West Ii. The condo is spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable. Loved having a separate Ice maker in the unit. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking essentials. Being on the 30th floor is great for the view, but we did have a longer wait for the elevator at times. We plan to go back!!

Beautiful Condo, Just like Pictures

Let me start by saying I’m giving 4.5 stars. The only reason I don’t give a 5 is because of the WiFi. The WiFi was spotty and limited the use of my phone at times. The owners should consider increasing the WiFi capabilities. Now as for the rest of the condo, it was excellent. The furniture looked exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable, if you can I would love to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was extremely, extremely clean and everything worked perfect. The view was amazing; we were on the 30th floor. It’s conveniently located with activities for the kids as well. Well worth the money. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
