Welcome to Escapes to the Shores 1204, a splendid 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your much-deserved vacation. As you step into this spacious unit, you are greeted by tile floors in the living area, creating a cool, refreshing ambiance, while the bedrooms are cozily carpeted for your comfort.

In the Primary bedroom, unwind in the serenity of a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The private Primary bath is a haven of relaxation, featuring a tile walk-in shower with jets and a Jacuzzi tub, perfect for soothing any stress away. The second bedroom is equally luxurious, with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a hall bath that boasts a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite counters and a large breakfast bar, is a delight for any culinary enthusiast. The living area, complete with a flat-screen TV, offers access to the private balcony where you can indulge in stunning views and the soothing sound of waves. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Decent place

The location and condo were nice. Great view and had lovely amenities both in and around the condo. The downfall was the master bedroom mattress. Very uncomfortable, so much to where both my husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room! We didn’t let it throw a kink in our trip! Again, nice place but think twice if you are willing to forgo good sleep.

Gulf coast escape

Great vacation to the beach. Beautiful white sandy beach. Tons of shops and restaurants within a few miles. During the winter, it was nice to have the sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Grandbaby’s First Trip to the Beach

This was the perfect condo for a couple of old fogies and a young couple with a new baby. There were basically two master suites so you had your own space but plenty of seating in the living and dining areas to get together to eat or hangout and play games. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. And the indoor pool was a nice reprieve from the sun for the baby. There was plenty for the young couple to do in the evenings while we watched the Grandbaby. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Huge and so comfy!

This property is fantastic, location is great and this condo was super nice for two adult couples. We were a little bummed there was no beach gear, like we’ve had at the other places we’ve stayed but overall, we loved this place!

We loved the big couch…boys slept there. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of sleeping space for our family & MIL. Hairdryer did not work in master bath and the dryer is on the fritz. Enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING, Miss it already!

I can not say enough about this property. Number 1 the Property in itself is TOP NOTCH. Its so quiet and so clean. Easy to access EVERYTHING. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids when they are cold or sunburnt. The pool was NEVER over crowded or the beach. I have found my new GO TO spot for vacations! Only thing I recommend is bring your own beach towels.

Fabulous Condo!!!

One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The unit was large and spotless, with everything we needed already stocked in the kitchen. The building, staff, and amenities were incredible, and the entire layout of the pool/BBQ/Fireplace area reflected design forethought and impeccable adherence to maintenance. EVERYTHING indicated high-end execution down to the poolside furniture and exercise equipment. The exercise room was larger and better equipped than most neighborhood gyms. Perfect!

Nice Place!!!

Nice place...we had a wonderful time. Only complaint is no one told us where the front desk is located....it's on the 3rd floor FYI. Other than that...which is minor. The stay was fantastic, great view, clean, loved it. :) Worth the stay.

They didn't help at all

In the master bedroom they have this really cool shower that we were unable to use at all because the water was either scalding hot or cold. The televisions in the main room and master bedroom could not be used, because the remotes would not turn on the TV or cable. We were able to turn the TV and cable on but could only get one channel and had no interest in watching Sponge Bob Square Pants. Texted Liquid Life (the people managing the property) about these issues and they said they would send somebody by the next day. Nobody came. Called the next day and was on the phone with some guy and asked when they would send somebody by and he had a real attitude. Told me that people with their AC out were more important than I was. Someone finally showed up the night before we were supposed to leave and he could not fix the problem. He was a nice guy but didn't help us at all. Told us that it looked like somebody tried to fix the shower but didn't do a good job of it. I will never book another vacation that involves Liquid Life ever again. They just don't care. Stay away from this property or at least make sure the issues are fixed and stay away from Liquid Life!

Renting this property was a breeze!! Super easy and communication was great. The condo was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the heated indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. I would definitely stay here again

Undisclosed construction

We had this reservation for months and was informed 7 days prior to our stay that due to continuing construction on the property the balcony would be closed. WHAT?? The large ocean-front balcony was the main attraction for us. The property management company found another property in a nearby city that was acceptable but was not as nice as what we reserved. It also would have been cheaper months ago. We also were unable to enjoy the balcony due to the tenants below us smoking weed. We couldn’t stand the smell outside. We complained but it did no good. We won’t be back.

Awesome Place

The condo was larger than expected and clean. We had one issue with main shower not working, but they sent maintenance up within 2 hours to fix. Wasn’t that big of a deal but still quick response and appreciated. Even had a follow up cRe about an hour later. We had a couple of random question and they always responded first thing next morning. Pools were great, beach was great, people were great. Been coming to Orange Beach since 2016 with family and we think this was best trip. Partially due to condo partially to kids being little older and more independent. Beat view if the beach. Bring binoculars and will most likely be able to see dolphins pretty close to shore. The water was also extremely clean.

Spacious rental! Perfect for two couples to rent!

This rental unit was even better than expected! Beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. The kitchen had most all of the convinces of home. The only issue we had was the master shower not having hot water, even after letting it run for awhile. It does have a great hot tub which had no problems receiving hot water. ****We did not bring this to the attention of the owner or complex. I feel confident the matter would be resolved if we had.
