¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Disfrute del extremo oeste menos concurrido de Orange Beach en esta hermosa unidad de planta baja en Palm Beach. A pasos de la playa o piscina. Excelente unidad para familias con niños o adultos que ya no disfrutan de subir ascensores o escaleras.

Nuestra unidad de Palm Beach orientada a la familia está perfectamente ubicada en el complejo de Palm Beach de baja densidad cerca del área del parque estatal. La espaciosa unidad cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños. El gran dormitorio principal con cama King y vista al mar tiene un baño privado adjunto con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separadas. El dormitorio de la reina se encuentra con una excelente vista de la hermosa zona ajardinada de la piscina. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y está decorado de forma creativa para atraer a los más pequeños. Hay un baño completo de buen tamaño compartido por el segundo y tercer dormitorio. El sofá desplegable en la gran área del estudio ayuda a acomodar hasta ocho invitados.

La gran cocina abierta, sala y comedor está bellamente decorada e incluye encimeras de cocina de granito y muchos asientos para la diversión familiar. Gran vista desde esta área del condominio! Den y todas las habitaciones tienen televisores listos para cable.

Great Location and well kept condo

My family and I stayed in this unit for spring break this year. It’s the best unit we’ve ever stayed in, if for no other reason than the fact that we could walk right out of our door and onto the boardwalk onto the beach. If we ever needed something from the room, it was super easy to just walk back to the room and get it. No more having to carry a days worth of stuff down to the beach. No wagons needed.The condo itself was very well decorated and clean. It was comfortable for all five of us. The master bedroom was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom worked great with double sinks and a nice big shower. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and eat there. The option for the full coffee pot as well as a single serve Keurig was nice. The furniture was comfortable the dining table held six people. We really enjoyed this property and will consider it again in the future.

Excellent Stay in Every Way!

What a wonderful condo for our Orange Beach stay. Can’t beat the location with the proximity of the pool, beach and state park bike trails. Lots of space, updated flooring, newish porch furniture and an easy to communicate with owner, Steve. The updated Palm Beach boardwalks to the beach are very nice as well We are looking to come back in the future! Note: there is a 50 parking fee to park in the parking lot at this resort - we were not aware of this until we got the final info from Steve shortly before we arrived. Perhaps we missed reading about it in the unit’s description….

We love this condo. It is perfect and so cozy. We were steps away from the pool and the beach on the ground floor. This is our 2nd time to stay here and it won’t be our last. Owner is so easy to talk with and quick to respond to emails.

Property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is perfect…. Can’t necessarily see the water from back patio due to sand dunes but you are literally a few steps away from the water which was perfect. We had a nice and relaxing stay!

Beachfront Convenience: A Repeat-Worthy Stay

This condo offers convenience with direct beach access just steps from the patio. Being on the first floor enhances the ease of going to and from the beach. The condo is clean and roomy. Steve is always quick to respond to any questions. This was our second stay in this condo, and we will not hesitate booking again and look forward to returning for future trips.

Close to the beach

Proximity to the beach is the best feature of this rental. It is a bit sad that you can’t actually see the beach unless you are at level 2 or above, but it was admittedly super convenient to be so close- even my 1.5 yo can lead the way back. The host provides quite a few beach chairs but no beach umbrella. At this beach, they make you stay way back if you have a canopy, only umbrellas get to be close to the water. Due to the steeper slope of the sand at the water edge, we had to just sit in the sun to keep an eye on the children. There is no beach towel provided (apparently previous renters had stolen them all), and barely enough bath towels. There was a single trash bag in the trash can, none extra for our 5 days stay. This was very unexpected and annoying to me. Please splurge on some extra trash bags to help out your renters to keep your condo clean.

We have stayed at Palm beach many times over the last 15 years and this unit is our favorite. The access to the beach was right off the patio, and this being on the first floor made it that much easier to go to and from. Steve was an awesome host, very quick with responses, and very helpful. Great ground level condo

Super easy to access pool, beach and parking lot with minimal steps. Kids loving being on the ground level too so they could throw the football and play while we were cooking and getting ready. Host was super and great at communicating.

The unit was as expected. We have stayed in the building on several occasions. Pros: location, 1st floor, easy access, large unit, quiet and laid back. The property owner was responsive and communication was effective. The beach is beautiful and is less crowded. Cons: you can’t see the beach because of the sand dunes. Screen door on the main was missing, and the screen door on the master was difficult to operate. Price for the week was more than expected. Unfortunately their is a high rise that’s being built next to the unit which will overcrowd the beach area. We Love Orange beach and the building.
