"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was wonderful... clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurants that required reservations also had a very good menu and catered to my food intolerances. The beach around the rooms is not really good for swimming, due to the rocks, but after a few minutes of walking we were at the Divi and could enjoy all the facilities with chairs, palapas, food, etc. And the beach was wonderful. When we were feeling lazy, we could easily take the shuttle that runs between the two hotels. I saw some negative reviews before traveling and was worried, but I can only make positive comments about our time. We loved it and will definitely be back in the future."

"The staff made our vacation amazing. They are so nice and friendly. They provide whatever you need with a smile and immediately. The food is outstanding. The shows are good especially the shows they involved the guests. They were so much fun. The housekeeping staff always greets you with a smile. Ish at the front desk checked us in and she was absolutely awesome. Nelson and the bar staff by the pool are so much fun. We hadn’t ever been on a vacation before and we were blown away by the staff and service. Kudos to Maria the GM. She really knows how to treat her staff and keep they happy so that trickles down to the guests. We loved this hotel!!!!!"

"The staff was excellent, and the hotel/resort was exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently close to the beach, with easy access to transportation to visit different beaches. A special thank you to the bellboy, Carlos, for his professionalism. Carlos, along with many other staff members, helped me locate my cell phone, which I had lost in a taxi. Thank you!"
