"This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We love it! I’m not sure how often the owner is there, but there are several things that do need some attention. The door handle is loose in the master and needs tightened, the towel rack in master bath is falling out of the wall, dishwasher is extremely loud and buttons are cracking. The unit was not as clean this stay. I suppose I could’ve called the cleaners, but I did not. I just wiped things down myself as we were ready to enjoy our vacation. The shower handle was slimy, master bath floors had hair, coffee pot dirty, fridge dirty and counters had food stuck on them from last guest. Would I stay here again? Yes, I’d probably give them one more try as we love this condo. I know there’s a fast turn around time and want to give grace and I don’t feel as if I can complain much when I didn’t reach out to the owner and let them know, but I just feel the owner needs to be aware of the maintenance needs and housekeeping."
