The hotel and staff were wonderful. If it wasn't for the parking situation, they would get five stars. However, guests should be aware that there is a $15 parking fee and there is only a small parking lot behind the hotel. The other two parking lots are adjacent to the hotel and not very far to walk but if it's raining as it was when I visited, that's not terribly convenient.
