Excellent location and very modern and clean rooms. Staff are excellent and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great lots of variety and the rooftop pool area is very relaxing. A much needed change from the all inclusive hotels. I have stayed here several times and I just love it. Don’t miss happy hour at sunset from the rooftop restaurant.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and I had a great meal at the restaurant. The weather was rainy so I wasn’t able to use the pool, but it’s absolutely spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

I really loved this hotel!! The upper pool area is amazing! It has a great restaurant to have breakfast in. It was great that breakfasts were included - the food was always really good but the service upstairs was hit and miss. The bed was pretty hard (which I think is pretty normal in Mexico). The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Terrific rooftop patio with lovely pools, lounge areas, and panoramic views. The hotel was immaculately clean, and full of lush plantings everywhere which made the whole place so pleasant and relaxing. The staff were equally wonderful… extremely polite and attentive. Great staff, one unfortunate event

The wait staff at the restaurant upstairs were all great! I'm give a shout out to Angel, David, Victor, and Paola. There were more, but I can't remember all names. I did have an incident with the young manager downstairs. My wife and I let off some steam have a few drinks when we first arr I ve, and we were both very tired. My wife ordered some drinks for the room for the evening and he never sent them. I went down to the front desk later and asked about it. He said he didn’t send it because why wife was drunk. For the record, she was not. Mostly she was tired. We had only a few hours of sleep for a couple of days. I had to confront him about it in a civil way later. That was very unfortunate. He also seemed to avoid us for the remainder of the week and a half we were there.
