The description said it was an ocean view, when I checked in the girl said no rooms with a view were left. I told her I paid for the ocean view room, she said that she gave those rooms out and I could have a partial view for an up-charge! When we got into the room we noticed a hole in the wall that wires were hanging out, the window would not open and the shade on the hanging light was hanging off the light bulb. I asked for another room and the girl seemed annoyed until I told her I have a 1 yr old with me so no loose wires !!! The. Girl was so unprofessional with sweats on. I will never stay there and do not recommend to anyone. FYI the breakfast doesn’t open till 8. Should be earlier. Also the walls are thin.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I wished there would have been a hairdryer the room. In their defense, I didn’t ask if they had one. The staff was efficient and friendly. Easy walking distance to Nye beach.

The front desk staff were amazing! I thought I had booked a room with a view, but hadn’t, and requested one if possible and that I was willing to pay extra. The kind lady, who I didn’t get the name of, was able to get a partial view and didn’t charge extra! It was such a nice experience to have, the breakfast was also delightfully surprising with being able make your own waffles with their cast iron waffle makers! The room was also clean, and bed was SUPER comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Dirty room floor, toilet seat dirty and scuffed up. Huge crack on our only window we could open, any movement and im sure the glass waa gonna fall out. The tv was literally the size of a computer monitor, 28". Zero updated charging capabilities in the room. If you didnt have your charger box. Your screwed. Room next to us had towels infront of their door when we arrived. When we checked out next day, them same towels were still there, wet n soggy. And then worst part. The mattress had horrible springs poking thru. Me and my wife had to fight over the less pokey side. Overall, i would never stay at the place again for the price they charged me for 1 night. I dont do reviews, so me doing this review is serious for me. Had to warn yall.

Mistake to stay here, Not quality

This place was gross. As soon as we had inspected the beds I wished we had stayed elsewhere, but the area was mostly booked out and I couldn't haul my kids around looking for a cleaner motel. I took photos of both mattresses after searching for signs of bed bugs. The mattresses were covered in crumbs, seeds, hair, is that a mouse turd? We were so disgusted. The fridge didn't shut all the way and froze all of our food, so my kids had mushy frozen apple slices and carrot sticks for the weekend. Mini fridge was also missing door pieces. Both remotes had missing back covers and I had to go ask the desk for working batteries. The toilet runs. Breakfast doesn't have enough tables for guests and it was crowded. We thought the cereal would fall on us because of the way they have it poorly anchored to a shelf. The pool was clean, but the ceiling looks like it's falling apart in pieces and one wall has streaks of yellowing or rust running down. When my key card suddenly wasn't working and needed back into the room in a hurry, the staff was reluctant to help me unless I went back across the parking lot to get my previous key card, and my daughter had an accident while waiting for this. The bathroom sink has no drain stop - just a big hole to lose your things. Staff didn't notice our trash sitting outside the room for 24 hours. I added photos of the mattress. We slept on top of the beds, not in them. I will never stay here again.

We were in town to spread some of my grandsons ashes. I email expedia asking if we could check in early and i was told to contsct the hotle directly to see if that was possible so i just said never mind well then a gal named kahlil gibran called me from the waves hotel telling me that they got our room ready for us so we could check in anytime that was atl 12. When we got to the hotel I was greeted by Kahlil she was so kind to me and she along with another person named Emily gave me a sympathy card giving their condolences along with a prayer card in it. Kahlil went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there. We most definitely be coming come and Kahlil Gibran customer service is one of the reasons why we will be back.
