Everything seemed outdated. The couch, chair ottoman along with curtains were quite dirty. We wouldn’t sit on them without a cover. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable surprisingly even though the comforter was pretty much a sheet and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor.

"I don't know where to start. There is virtually no parking for the hotel besides a cramped alleyway in which they tell you to ignore the do not park signs. The staff at night are very rude and could not provide any details about the cost of parking. Three trips from the elevator to the front desk we finally got a card to our room which worked. The room had a decent appearance except for the cockroaches and unfinished bathroom (door from missing showerhead not completely attached). "

I was not planning on eating (need to eat with medication around 9), they wouldn’t let me even help him scoop his food if I didn’t pay. We were one of the first ones there, plenty of space. I wasn’t going to pay $20 just to sit at a table with him, so he sat alone to eat breakfast. Terrible service. "

"People very nice. This building must have been built in the 70’s. Remodels of older hotels often miss the mark. Still have spackled ceilings and bathroom needs fully refreshed. Exposed receptacles and ceiling wires exposed. Not up to snuff for a Hilton brand. "
