Fix the loud heating unit

I could not turn on the heat because the unit was extremely loud. Even on low fan sounded like a freight train coming through the room. I have before experienced noisy heating units and could leave them on and fall asleep. This unit however was unbearably loud I could not leave on therefore was cold in the bedroom. Very uncomfortable and little sleep because of the cold room temperature.

The room was nice/comfortable and the view was nice. Getting in and out was easy, nice location. Not letting someone access the gym until 7 or 7:30( I got 2 different answers from help line and front desk) is ridiculous and a waste. Everyone in finance in NYC has a 7:30 or 8am meeting. Change that to 5:00 AM please. Hiltons exercise rooms are 24/7.

The hotel gave us a room that was trashed, floor severely damaged, sofa bed smashed frame, wardrobe broken, multiple issues. The local staff fixed it all giving us a second room for the 3 of us as the Sonder app customer service is appalling. Room 1526 needs a full makeover as it is not up to Sonder standards.

Great size

Great size, well equiped kitchen and confortable bed. It has a coffee machine and they provided coffee, and the soap in the bath was great. But I was somehow not able to lower down the volume of the TV, there was a constant and annoying noise from a ventilation spot (not possible to switch off) and there are no many dinning options close. But in general is a good place to stay

loved that it had a full working kitchen unit with in-washer and dryer unit. in addition to the kitchen, it came with kitchenware and silverware, very much appreciated! our space was clean when we entered and was easy to navigate around. amenities were great with the rooftop and fitness center for longer stays. we really loved the supply station downstairs when running low on toiletries. the staff were amazing at attending our needs, huge thanks to them! thank you sonder at battery park

Absolutely amazing! I made sure to read so many reviews prior to booking and of course there are some things to be cautious of but overall my partner and I had a GREAT stay! Such easy transportation, the view from the rooftop and our room on the 16th floor were spectacular! It was quiet and clean and provided more than we even needed.

Good place to stay! However, I would recommend that they improve their cleanliness and maintenance. The property floors could be cleaner, and the golf room needs attention—there’s only a left-handed golf set, and the ball placement area is broken. Housekeeping was also lacking. I wish my room had been cleaned daily or at least every other day, but no one came to clean it or check if I needed essentials like fresh towels, toilet paper, or lotion during my stay. Additionally, I had to wait an extra hour for my room because they forgot to inform the housekeeper to clean it. That said, I really loved having my own kitchen, washer, and dryer. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which made my stay much more comfortable.

Amazing Stay in NY

This was an incredible place to stay. Very spacious, modern, and comfortable. A short walk to multiple subway stations made it easy to get anywhere in the city! A quiet part of town with great views made it a perfect place to end each day. I would definitely stay here again.
