I love the setup of the apartment and the convenience of getting supplies when I need them. However I recommend that appliances and amenities be throughly checked before guests check in. Both the bathroom tub and sink were clogged when I arrived; the coffee machine lid was broken; and the cleaning staff only made the bed and changed the towels and didn't clean the bathtub not once in the 2 and the half weeks I was there. During my first stay in June I didn't have any issues similar to these.

Sonder used to be great, before Marriott takeover. Building next door to huge construction site - noisy all night - area is home to many transient people and the room was dirty - dust all over living room, sticky refrigerator door handle, and iffy bedding. I miss when Sonder was actually “a better way to stay”

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. There 4 people in our group. Overall satisfaction with the place is dependent not so much on the place itself but its location in one if busiest metropolitan areas. Pros: it very conveniently located. It’s close to many landmarks and you have the feeling of living in the city and feeling its vibe. The rooms are fine and have a kitchen with small stove, coffee maker and dishwasher. The customer service is pretty quick to answer through Sonder app. On the downside, by being located in Manhattan implies noisy neighborhood. So you’ll want to keep windows closed during the night. They have white noise device in the room though. The AC was giving trouble as it would turn off and on irregularly by making a lot of noise.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a certified travel agent, I can’t rave highly enough about this property! The check-in process through the app was seamless, and having a code to enter both the building and the room is absolutely top tier—no fumbling with keys after a long day of travel. The property itself has such a welcoming feel—it felt more like coming home than staying in a hotel. It’s an excellent option for families: we enjoyed breakfast in the apartment, and with the full kitchen, you can easily cook meals if you prefer. Another big highlight was the peace and quiet. I expected some noise given it was New York City, but it was far more quiet than anticipated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

The apartment is spacious and nice. We only had a tv in the living room. There was not one in our bedroom. Whenever we went to use the sink in the bathroom the water got backed up in the sink and the same thing when you took a shower. When we took a shower we basically had a full tub full of water by the end of the shower. I didn’t feel clean after my shower. The light in our bedroom has a short in it so it would randomly go out or come on. There was a huge party outside our room at night. Too loud for what I’m paying. There should not be issues like this with an apartment/hotel.
