The room wasn’t as big as pictured and I got charged an additional 250 that night !! It Was very noisy I went through so much to get checked in I didn’t even bother to complain just asked about the room and they said that was it everything was small !!! The room was spotless clean and comfortable. It was also nice and peaceful. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The bellhop was awesome and welcoming!! The roof top restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. We will definitely consider staying there in the future.

The hotel itself is nice with many accomodations for NYC. It's very affordable, right in time square. nice restaurants & bars. Great ambience and staff. My only complaint would be that, being there in the winter, The water took forever to get even lukewarm. The toilet is in its own little section with a door and it was absolutely freezing. You had to leave the door open if you wanted to even sit on the toilet. You better be with somebody you're very comfortable around because you cannot be in the toilet room without the door being open. the coldness came through the window almost like a fan. It was absolutely freezing in that room & I'm usually a warm person!

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a beautiful experience. The hotel was very clean, with gorgeous modern, upscale decor throughout. The location is unbeatable - only steps from Times Square. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it for a special occasion or NYC getaway.
