This hotel was a hidden gem! Definitely opt for the bigger room. It was huge for a NYC hotel room! We even had a terrace. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. They offered daily breakfast and the location was central to everything. We love that the hotel was close to the subway lines. Would highly recommend.

The property was nice along with the staff and room that I was staying in. With that being said, the room was significantly smaller than expected and NOTHING like the pictures. I also booked a city view and the best thing I got was the 5th, and bottom most, floor with a view of an alley (all you could see was three building walls and trash). I paid a significant amount of money just to be disappointed. Again, not saying the property was bad I was just unsatisfied with the room. This could be an Expedia listing problem or something with the hotel, not sure. Would I stay again? Probably due to the location if it was clearer where I would be staying.
