For a budget hotel, it was okay. The room was fine and the bed was comfy enough, it wasn't dirty although I did see a bit of mold in the shower. It's not very soundproof so I did hear neighboring room's doors opening and closing a lot as well as noise from inside their room. I would consider staying here again if I got a good price/deal.

Great location! Near a variety of restaurants, a very nice park on Madison and walkable to the subway. The floor in our family was poorly maintained. Overall, we mostly enjoyed the location convenience. We were able to walk most places.

Stay was great, we were able to drop off our bags early and go explore the city, then check in at normal check in time. When checking in they gave us a slight upgrade, which seemed awesome. However they upgraded us to a wheelchair accessible room which wouldn’t be a problem, we didn’t need that. But more space to move around in the room but the show was only as high as 5’. Now I’m 6’ and my husband is 6’4” so showering was a bit of an issue. But other than that everything was great.

They put me in an ajoining room where the door between the rooms would not lock properly. And I could hear the people in the other room like they were right next to me. I did not feel safe. And the front desk would do nothing. Never again will I use Tracelocity.

Pretty great over all. Front desk staff was very helpful and flexible about requests. It would have been nice if I could have borrowed an HDMI cable to plug my laptop into the TV. Also I discovered that the power strip built into the dresser was plugged into itself instead of the wall and had to fix it.

This seems like a very good budget choice in a good location. My room was plain and faced an airshaft, but it was clean and quiet. The hallways are pretty institutional, but that doesn't matter much. The front desk staff was great.
