I chose this hotel mainly because of the rooftop, especially during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed on Sunday and Monday, which was disappointing, as this was a key reason for my booking. Another inconvenience was the difficulty in using the hotel’s own restaurant, since reservations were required and availability was very limited, even for hotel guests. That said, the hotel itself is very good. The rooms are excellent, comfortable, and well maintained. The valet service works well, and overall the property has a high standard and great location. It is a great hotel, but better communication about rooftop availability and easier access to on-site dining would significantly improve the guest experience.

We have stayed at other Hard Rock Hotels, and they are all always very nice and the staff is always extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, and they go overboard to bring you anything. Look forward to staying at another one soon.

Great location! We were put on the 33rd floor. Our room was impeccable and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. I have nothing bad to say about it. Would 100% stay again. Cannot comment on the food as we are out on our travels. The rooftop bar was nice to unwind the day with a drink.

The resturant had a good selection for food. Only thing they closed early at night 11pm. The noise level on weekdays during the night till 5:30am was terrible. City was doing work overnight and it was super loud. It sounded like they were doing work in our room! That’s the only downfall and nothing was said to the guests. When checking out we got sorry and that was it.

Room was OK. Nice facility. Coffee Maker did not work 3 out of 4 mornings, despite bringing it to House Keeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk’s attention. Made for several frustrating (instead of relaxing) mornings. Always enjoyed Hard Rock Hotels! We won’t be back - at least not to this one!!!
