The area around the hotel is developing. At present it's kind of rough. The reception felt like a prison. You get what you pay for, meaning not a lot of amenities, but the soap/shampoo/ conditioner was of a surprisingly high quality. Cheap price for a basic hotel. If that's what you need, it's perfect

Great stay! Rooms are smaller than usual and it’s at least a 15 min walk to closest subway but I have no complaints about the hotel itself! Staff was kind and accommodating, free coffee station and a nice snack shop. Thanks for a great visit!

This hotel was within walking distance of the subway and was convenient for transportation without cars. I highly recommend staying here as it is budget-friendly.

This is my follow up with my current stay. I notified another front desk personnel of my unsatisfied stay in this room. A resolution from them was that they will spray a toxic chemical to kill flies. No other resolution was offered. I reached ou to expedia customer service to speak with someone.. Now the front desk say they can provide another rm. Why do they tell expedia that now and not me earlier. The front desk just put notes on computer. Im extremely extremely upset with this hotel now. It's not right for me to endure having a sewer infested bathroom.

I had late check in last night to a friendly staff member. Unfortunately now I come to notice bathroom is inundated with sewer flies. I have stayed here prior on occasions. I haven't had any other complaints. This Unfortunately is not acceptable to me at all. I notified front desk personnel on the situation. Hope they compensate my inconvenience stay that im having in this contaminated rm.

Nice hotel overall. I like the coffee and snacks. Very convenient. The tv & remote were super dated. Decor dated. Front desk person was very rude. Because of the rudeness I would not stay here again.

Double think before booking...

It was very surprising how there was a lack of cleanliness in the hotel room. Upon entering the room, there was a roach running on the floor. When, I went to tell the associate about it, the only thing she offered was a change of rooms. Honestly, if I could have went to another hotel, I would. I did not even feel comfortable staying in the new room.
