Excellent, safe and walkable to everything location. Good value for the asking price. The suite with the Empire State building is just the right size with refrigerator, microwave, bar sink and very good coffee maker. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, engaging and efficient. My room service calls were promptly answered and request fulfilled. And there is a window you can open in the bathroom! And one request required engineering to visit the suite. The head of engineering came. His name is Latch. What a knowledge worker. He got the air conditioning working to perfection, setting wise in minutes. Fast and very engaging. That sums up all the staff including the GM who works on weekends to satisfy clients like me that are admittedly demanding at times. This property has my highest recommendation.

Great hotel, great staff, great location

This hotel is a little gem, the staff were impeccable- friendly and nothing too much trouble. Great location being a couple of easy blocks from Times Square without the noise. Good room size - (option with a couch) provided much needed space for suitcases when travelling at a rate comparable to many smaller rooms in New York. Loved it and would stay again

The staff was rude upon checking in. Definitely did not feel vip at this hotel with the way they spoke to us; very unpleasant and spoke in a condescending manner. The room situation was not inviting because the pull out bed would barely fit the size of the arra and you can see there are previous scratch marks on the walls due to the bed not fitting properly. Overall the room was okay only because it was a good location close to food and shopping.
