The listing lists an address in a nice area but after you book the address provided in the welcome instructions are for different area. We found out when our Uber was 20 minutes away and he verbally said he would compensate us for the price difference for the Uber and never did. Half of the bottom floor smelled like something died a month ago. Two rooms were unusable because the smell induced vomiting within seconds. Sheets were yellow and had numerous stains on them including paw prints and what looked like blood. He refused to provide new linens even after one of us developed a rash on both arms after touching the sheets. Part of oven door was broken and microwave portion was unusable so he had a microwave on the counter. Air fryer also did not work. Floors were sticky and disgusting. Our shoes and socks were black after less than an hour walking around the home. Dead roaches and flies were all over the house. He claimed a cleaning crew spent a whole day cleaning the house then said two days but house was disgusting. We could not stay in it and he refused to give us a refund. Would rate 0/10 if I could. We ended up leaving after being in the home for less than 12 hours.
