Arch design was cool, upkeep was lacking. Cleanish and bed was comfy, but tiles in bath were broken. No garbage can, no washcloth, no toiletseat cover. TV didn't work and a light at desk was broken. Air conditioner worked well, but very loud.

We were placed in a room on a lower level below the lobby, which was where the continental breakfast is served and where there is a lot of foot traffic from staff and opening and closing of doors and loud conversation. The noise could be heard so loudly in our room that at times it sounded as if it was our door opening and closing. Starting no later than 6:00AM, the noise was unbearable and neither guest could sleep. When I mentioned it at the desk upon checkout, the worst night’s sleep in a hotel ever, they told me the rooms are new and management is testing them out. It does not seem fair that we would be placed in an experimental test room but charged the same as other guests.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is very quite, we didn’t hear any noise from outside or other rooms which was very nice. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

Surprisingly good!

We had our flight from LaGuardia canceled and all hotel around the airport were sold out. I found this one at Travelocity and decided to book. Staff was very courteous and the room was very, very clean - much better than the one we stayed at in Manhattan. I heard the neighborhood is violent and has gangs, but we didn't see or hear anything.

Nice hotel close to Woodhull Hospital

The hotel was close to the hospital where I had to be, which was great. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast had your typical foods. I wasn't a fan of the hardwood in the room, as the floors were cold and would suggest getting lids for the transportable coffee cups. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

random stay totally worth it

I needed a place to stay near my baby shower and this was perfect. Crystal was very helpful when we wanted to change our room type last minute. Professional and a lovely welcome. The morning girl (I didn't catch her name but it was short) was also very nice and professional. The breakfast attendant was super cheery while being bombarded with last minute breakfast demands. I saw some horrible LA type man check in who was incredibly rude and demanding with the staff and they all handled him very well even though it must have been difficult. He was the worst. Anyway, Great view of the world trade center too! Neighborhood's a little weird but it beats three times the price to stay in Manhattan.
