No key cards front desk had to let people into rooms and lied saying it would be fixed. So it made for an uncomfortable stay knowing if I leave I have to get front desk to open the door. I could have lived with that if I wasn’t placed into a smokers room that reeked of chain smoking cigarettes. I am very upset my freaking clothes stink now. Room 704 should be decommissioned. Unreal that’s what I was given. And then on top of that no TV remote in the room. The smoke is unacceptable everything else is minor.
