Toilet handle didn't work. Toilet had wrong tank lid. Had to remove lid and push button in tank to flush. Bed was horrible. Breakfast is a joke. Sausage was cooked, left in plastic bin, and not kept warm. No juice for breakfast. Staff was nice but i would expect a little more professionalism. Plenty of things to do other than playing on the phone. No remote for TV. Its a $9 remote, just go buy a remote.

Un excelente lugar donde quedarse a descansar, la actitud del personal excelente, son muy amables y atentos con los huéspedes. La zona inmejorable, todo muy tranquilo, o cuenta con estacionamiento pero puedes dejar el auto en las calles de alrededor sin ningún problema o temor a que algo le pase.

Clean room. We had a couple of neighbors in hallway that could have been a little quieter at 6 am and at 2 am We walked to WWII museum, walked to concert at Smoothie King, and took nearby trolley to the edge of French Quarter. A great location. All staff were very helpful & friendly.

The location is convenient and close to public transportation, and the ambiance in the lobby is cozy and quirky. The staff were very pleasant and were able to assist us with all of our inquiries and issues. Check-out was a breeze, but we had a few bumps with check-in. I booked through a 3rd party website, and there was not an option to add other guests to the booking. Apparently in order to check in, they must be added to the reservation... and I never received that option. Despite that, they were very flexible and was able to get my group checked in. The mattresses were much more comfortable than I expected for bunk beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if I need a cheap place in NOLA, I would stay at The Quisby again.

We stayed at this hotel because we were dropping my daughter at college. This hotel was awesome all the staff and I do mean all no matter the position were friendly and personable. They made the stay great and even though it wasn't required they offered me some of the best advice and encouragement about leaving my child for the first time. Me and my sister definitely enjoyed our stay and whenever I'm back I plan on staying here!! Thank all of you again. Oh I forgot it's very clean and the only thing I'm disappointed with is we missed karaoke due to having to handle some things with my daughter...I know this was the first one but I do see it being a hit because Y'all was turnt when we left and we loved it!!

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and the room was very clean. The hallway carpet could definitely be replaced. The room was very cool with a bunk bed for my son, and the street car practically comes to the front door so getting around is easy. The walls were so thin however the the people staying next to us and had an alarm set for 5:30 both morning literally vibrated my headboard until I banged on the wall as he didn't answer it for about 20 minutes the 1st day. Overall fun stay.
