Stay in the heart of New Orleans! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath rental is ideal for families, friends, or groups. Three bedrooms feature king beds, and one has full/full bunks—each with a private ensuite. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, 65” smart TV, and every bedroom has a 55” TV. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, clothing steamer, and private interior patio.

Guests have access to the shared rooftop pool & hot tub (8am–10pm, weather permitting). Smoking is prohibited; a designated vaping area is available.

You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

We are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave. We are 2 blocks from Canal Street. It is a 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and a 10 minute walk (in the opposite direction) to the Caesar's Superdome or Smoothie King Center. We are also a mile from the Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations. The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line, and we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.


Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.
