I liked this hotel. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. Walkable to the fun area in NOLA. I am giving it 4 stars because of the bathroom. The shower was made for failure. Why in the world you put half glass door and when taking shower, all the water comes out to the floor. Plus the floor is wood and it is a disaster. Other than that, I liked the room because it is a studio style apartment. It has dishes, dishwasher, cookware, etc. Room was clean. Although the rug had some stains. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

This hotel came at a great price and is located near everything! We walked to all of our destinations and barely made any use of the rental we purchased. This turned out to be a very convenient hotel and we enjoyed the stay.

I like that you had to use an access card to enter and use the elevator. And the complimentary breakfast was good. I didn’t like that the mattress was stained and the shower has half a door. The mat in the tub look like it hasn’t been changed in over a year

The staff was helpful and polite; however, our room needed more cleaning. The shower was inexcusable during every shower there was water all over the floor we needed extra towels to clean the water up and we found the rug to be filthy, there was a dirty bandaid left from I assume the last guest that stayed there. My boyfriend ended up with a bite mark on his ankle while we were there. To add insult to injury the valet parking was horrible. We were late to a few of our activities due to them having a service that couldn’t get our car for a half an hour or more… we were refunded our $45 for nights we didn’t use the service but it was still an inconvenience.

This hotel was fine, it was one of the few with rooms that suited our needs a week before Mardi Gras. It was walkable to lots of action for Mardi Gras activities, Bourbon Street, Aquarium, and the cruise port when we left for our cruise. However th property itself could use some TLC. Paint peeling, doors not on hinges, tubs not very clean or maintained. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work and there wasn't a machine we found on site. However the beds were comfortable and the setup for the suite was perfect for what we needed for 4 people. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you don't need luxury then this is the perfect place Also note it's next to the police station so for safety we loved this but for noise overnight not so much....
