Based on prior reviews, expectations were high. This seems like a hotel that was great and has lost its glamour. The doors had broken locks. The rooma had worn furniture. The staff did not make us feel at home or wanted there. Overall, my group was uncomfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that our reservations were cancwl but the staff was nice and got everything back on track. The only thing was that the staff member who check us in promised us a bottle of champagne for not getting upset and being great customers but we never receive anything. We he seen me later on he put his head down trying to avoid eye contact.

Just disappointed, check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Tired to check in at 5pm room was unavailable due to housekeeping running behind. There were many guest waiting in lobby with suitcase for their room.
