This was not just a room--it was an entire apartment, complete with full kitchen appliances and a washer-dryer. Everything was spotless. The WiFi and thermostat worked perfectly. The bed was so comfortable. And the staff was SO friendly and helpful, especially the main concierge, Chester. The restaurant was convenient, there is a pool and exercise room. We HIGHLY recommend this facility.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and while we found the decor and amenities adorable, the friendliness of the front desk staff and cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.
Visible from the couch, underneath the media console cabinet.
The pull for the blinds was broken and we had to stand on a stool to open the shades. The ledges on the windows needed to be wiped down and had handprints.
The only laundry detergent provided was powder, even though the washer clearly states liquid only (and needed to be cleaned). We had to wash the extra blanket from the top of the closet because it was covered in what appeared to be black dog hair.
A plate we pulled from the cabinet was crusted over with food from a prior guest. Fortunately, a dishwasher is available in the room.

The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, clean, with plenty of space and nice coffee and toiletries. The hotel has an amazing fitness center and pool. The neighborhood is walkable with a variety of restaurants nearby.

Rooms were spotless and exactly as advertised - quite literally a fully-furnished studio apartment with all amenities, including a washer-dryer that I actually used. Fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I've ever used, and all staff were helpful and courteous. Adjacent Common House all-day lounge space also unique and comfortable (am writing this review from there now). Highly recommend.
